Usually, this consists of an individual’s sleeping time shifted forward by two hours or more. An example is someone who goes to bed at 3 and wakes up at 11 AM. This sleep schedule is incompatible with the regular 9-5 routine most workplaces have and isn’t generally socially acceptable.
